These Terms govern your use of the Cleara app. By using Cleara, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Cleara is a cosmetic skincare companion offering AI-assisted skin analysis, routine building, product matching, and progress tracking, for general informational and cosmetic purposes only.
Cleara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for a qualified dermatologist or physician. Always seek professional advice for medical concerns, and stop using any product that causes irritation or an adverse reaction.
Skin analysis, recommendations, product details, and prices are generated with AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment, patch-test new products, and treat prices and availability as estimates that may differ from the retailer.
Cleara offers an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), with an introductory free trial where available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Use Cleara lawfully. Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
Cleara and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own use.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleara and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
